Scope of work included demolition of existing roofing system down to decking, installation of new 80 mil TPO membrane roofing system, installation of a portable guardrail system along the entire perimeter edges of the roof, installation of TPO walkways, trimming adjacent trees and construction of a new lightning protection/grounding system
